Terms of service
The rules, written to be read rather than to be survived.
What AiHub is
AiHub gives you one account and one balance across models made by other companies — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou and others. We are not those companies and we do not speak for them. Their marks belong to them, and we show them so you know whose model you are about to use.
Your account
One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you. Tell us if you think somebody else has got in.
Tokens
Tokens are the unit AiHub charges in. Today they are granted by an administrator — there is no card payment and nothing is sold. A token is not money, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not refundable for cash. What we promise about them is on the pricing page: every model costs exactly twice what the provider charges us, computed from what the provider actually reports.
What you may not do
- Anything illegal where you are, or where our servers are.
- Content that sexualises children, incites violence, or is built to harass a real person.
- Trying to break, overload or work around the gateway, the billing, or another person’s account.
- Reselling access, or presenting AiHub’s output as a licensed product of the model makers.
Model providers have their own rules on top of these, and a request they refuse is refused whatever we think of it.
What you make
What you type is yours. What a model makes for you is yours to use, as far as the provider’s own terms allow — and those terms differ between providers, so check them before anything commercial. We claim no ownership over either.
What we do not promise
Models go down, get slower, change behaviour and are retired by the companies that make them, usually without telling us first. AiHub is provided as it is. We do not warrant that any particular model will be available, or that what it says is correct — check anything that matters.
Ending it
You can stop using AiHub whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
Getting in touch
hello@aihub.onesmm.ai — though the domain has no mail route today, so nothing sent there arrives yet. The contact page says which address is for what, and says the same about all of them.
