Privacy

What we collect

Your account. An email address and a display name if you give one. Your password is handled by Supabase Auth and stored as a hash — it never reaches our own code, and nobody at AiHub can read it.

Your conversations. The messages you send, the replies you get, and any pictures or video a model made for you. They are stored so your history is there when you come back, on any device you sign in on.

Your attachments. Files you attach are uploaded to Supabase storage and passed to the model you are talking to.

Your ledger. Every charge, what it was for, and what the provider cost us. This is what lets the app show you where your balance went.

What we send to model providers

When you send a message, its text and any attachments go to the model you picked, through our gateway — today that means Kie.ai or OpenRouter, depending on the model. They process it under their own terms. We do not send your email address, your name or your balance with it.

The free assistant is routed across several open models. Which one answers can change from message to message.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not show advertising, so nothing here is profiled for it.
• We do not train models on your conversations.
• We do not ask for a card, because there is nothing to charge one for.

Keeping and deleting

Conversations stay until you delete them; deleting one removes it and its messages from our database. Ledger rows are kept, because they are the record of what your balance was spent on — they hold amounts and model names, not message content.

Ask us to delete your account and we delete the account, its conversations, its attachments and its balance. Write to privacy@aihub.onesmm.ai.

Mail is not connected yet. The domain has no mail route today, so that address does not deliver — see contact. Until it does, a deletion request has to reach us another way, and none of it changes what we do when one arrives.

Where it lives

Accounts, conversations and files are held in Supabase. The gateway runs on our own server in Germany. Model providers process requests wherever they operate.

Children

AiHub is not intended for anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we send it to, the date at the top changes and the app says so before the change applies.
